reptilian aliens in the yard

Reddit Poster Says a Friend Met Six Nine-Foot Reptilians in a Yard. The Thread Is Not Buying It

A Reddit user says a friend met six reptilian beings in a yard in 2017, and that the ground was later found to be radioactive. The post on r/AlienAbduction drew mostly doubtful replies, and I think the doubt is fair. It is still a wild story, so here is what was claimed.

The Claim

The poster says a woman who once worked for them, whom they call N, told them about an encounter that happened in the yard of their gated house, a “quinta.” The poster did not live there in 2017, so they say they had no prior knowledge of the story. According to the account, she was finishing work around 11 p.m. and walking home when a light so bright it threw blue, pink, green, and purple colors appeared in the sky and landed in the yard.

She says she saw six reptilian beings about nine feet tall, standing in unison. She had a bad knee, and one of the beings touched it. The pain vanished. Then she fainted in the grass, and when she woke minutes later, the craft was gone.

The Radiation Part

She reportedly tried to call the police and was not believed. She then contacted a friend who could help figure out radiation, and in the yard she felt sick and vomited badly. The poster says a radiation company measured an extremely high level and quarantined the area, because the craft supposedly left radiation behind. The poster adds that it is not made up, because her son saw everything too.

What the Thread Said

Commenters were not convinced. The top reply says that whenever someone on Reddit is posting for a “friend,” they are making the post about themselves. Others wrote that the source is “trust me bro” and that it smells off. One person joked that insurance does not cover radiation poisoning, and another wondered what the radiation level in that yard is now. One commenter said they believe a report from a Houston suburb described the same kind of figures in someone’s yard, with a police audio exchange saying something strange was going on, though they were not certain of the details.

My Take

I am at maybe 20 percent open on this one. The account has three layers of distance: the poster heard it from a friend of a worker, about an event they did not witness, years later. There is no name for the radiation company, no measurement, no record of a quarantine, and no date beyond the year. The healed knee and the fainting are classic abduction-story details, and the nine-foot reptilians match a very common internet archetype. That does not mean the woman is lying. It means we cannot check anything.

If there really was a quarantine in a gated property, there should be a record. That would be the first thing I would ask the poster for, and it is the thing that would make me change my mind. For now, this goes in the folder for unverified alien encounter stories, with a note to come back if anyone ever produces a document.
